F-65A
Current Probe
The F-65A current
probe can be used from10 kHz to 1000 MHz and has a typical transfer impedance
of 0.1W ( ± 3 dB) from 100 kHz to 1000 MHz. It can operate without saturation
from 100 amps peak pulse current and 10 amps CW.
TheF-65 can be used
to measure pulse transients with risetimes of 200 picoseconds and pulse widths
as long as 0.3 microseconds.
